- das Frühstück war lecker - Es gab immer Trinkwasser (Wasserspender)

- Zimmer klein und ohne Fenster - Bad hat kein Waschbecken, man musste immer nach draußen, davor steht eins - Wasser im Bad läuft nicht richtig ab - Zwischendurch findet keine Reinigung statt - Im vorderen Außenbereich war eigentlich ein netter Platz zum Verweilen. Leider war dieser auch sehr dreckig. Es lag sogar Hundekot neben dem Tisch. Dieser wurde natürlich nicht entsorgt, da ja nie sauber gemacht wurde. Ein trauriger, einsamer Fisch schwamm in einem sehr schmutzigen Aquarium herum. Unmöglicher Zustand. - Man bekommt keine neuen, frischen Handtücher und kein Toilettenpapier. Wahrscheinlich muss man das extra bezahlen (dazu später mehr) - Es ist sehr dreckig, es lag noch Müll von vorherigen Gästen rum - Es standen überall leere Alkoholflaschen rum, in dem Schrank vor unserem Eingang standen leere, alte Bierflaschen. Diese ganzen leeren Flaschen waren sehr irritierend. Wahrscheinlich haben es andere Gäste nur volltrunken ausgehalten. - Ein sehr negativer Punkt ist nämlich der Lärm. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einem Highway. Es ist ständig laut. Wir sind nicht lärmempfindlich, konnten das aber nur schwer aushalten. Auch nachts war es nicht besser. Sobald ein LKW vorbeifährt, wackeln die Wände. Und das ist wortwörtlich gemeint. - Als wir dort waren, kamen zwischendurch auch immer irgendwelche Leute (Freunde, Familie,…). Da hatte man schon Bedenken wegen der Wertsachen. Ein Freund der Familie hatte auch offensichtlich ein Problem mit Touristen. - Wir haben über den Besitzer Ketut zwei Motorroller gemietet. Wahrscheinlich von einem seiner Freunde. Der Roller, den mein Freund und ich benutzt haben, wurde anscheinend nie gewartet. Unter anderem waren die Bremsen schon sehr abgenutzt. Wir hatten einen Unfall. Als wir einen Berg runtergefahren sind, haben die Bremsen plötzlich versagt. Ich möchte jetzt nicht auf Einzelheiten eingehen, ich kann nur sagen, wir hatten großes Glück. Kein Thema, das wir den Schaden bezahlen wollten.

We loved Les Cantik! We stayed in a nee bamboo cottage. The best thing about this stay was the warmth of the family, they welcomed us as part of their family. We sang karaoke together, had dinner together and even went to the temple for ceremony with Made and Ketut - they provided the traditional clothes for us. Made also teaches balinese massage, so we learned a bit from her. The beach is 5 min distance walk. We also got to immerse ourselves more in the local culture because of Nyoman, a friend of the family, who shared a lot with us and even took us to a lovely arts Sunday market. We really enjoyed going to Les Waterfall, the waterfall is really beautiful and calm, and it’s a nice walk. Matur Suksma Ketut and Made! You made out stay wonderful. Hugs, Ana and Arthur

Amazing family ! Adorable ! The room is simple, bed comfortable, worthy for the price.

My partner and I had a lovely time at Les Cantik Homestay! The owners Made and Ketut did everything to make us comfortable and introduced us to the local culture. Ketut made a special local drink for us with roasted coconut and a special herb jelly and Made showed me how to prepare the offerings for the daily prayer. The local beach is really close and great for snorkelling with many coral and fish species. Just next door is a cheap warung that offers great food! Recommend to anyone that wants to get to know the locals and have a pleasant time :) thank you for inviting us into your home

Perfect place to feel home , very good and friendly hosts ,alwayes ready to help , like a family , good food cooking for you any time you want , you can rent motorbike, have masagae and feel relax, short walk to the beach with great view , just come and see this place you will get satysfaction , thank you for

Very good place to spend a night if you are passing by this area. The house is very clean and new, with comfortable bed and AC. We had a good night rest at the Homestay and left in the morning with good breakfast. The hosts are warmhearted and super kind. The food is exceptional, don’t forget to try the grilled fish package, very cheap and tasty. Even too much for 2 people.

The property is on the main roadside, so noises are expected.

The homestay is lovely, and the family that run it are amazing... really helpful and make you feel at home. Accommodation itself is beautiful. They can rent a motorbike at great prices and the food on site is cheap and really nice :) beach is close by. They can organise your transport elsewhere in Bali, and/or pick up from airport. Also they can organise all sorts of activities in the local area with a guide who is fantastic. Really knowledgeable and speaks great English, as well as being involved in all sorts of sustainable tourism initiatives. Ask at the homestay if there is anything you want to do and they will be able to sort for you.

Fantastic host family - have everything you need. Lovely dinner then breakfast, and even was provided laundry services.
