"Highly recommend for single- one night stay to enjoy Pisa"

I stayed for one night and everything was perfect. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet only a 15–20 minute walk to both the city center and the airport. Check-in was very easy thanks to the clear instructions, and communication with the host was excellent – truly professional and helpful, with lots of useful tips about the city. The room was comfortable, with a big bed, clean towels, an extra blanket, and well-working air conditioning. I also really appreciated the option to leave my luggage before check-in. Highly recommended!

"great stay for a couple of days but not for longer"

AC, localization, cozy furniture, soap and body wash in bathroom

Shared bathroom, shared fridge, depending on guests cleanliness of bathroom and noise, the bathroom was a little dirty and the paint was coming off of the walls

"So schnell bekamen wir noch nie ein Zimmer!"

Sehr spät, spontan und kurzfristig mussten wir uns für die Nacht ein Zimmer suchen. In Pisa bekamen wir das, was wir brauchten: schnell, gut, zuverlässig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnus war sehr gut, das Zimmer gemütlich und sauber, das Bett war prima! Herzlichen Dank, Alessio!

The room was a good size for two people, and the air conditioning worked well. Nice location but a bit of a dander from the centre.

Bathroom didn't feel overly clean, mattress wasn't very comfy, no access to drinking water or a kettle.

Очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный хозяин, расположение очень удобно для тех, кто в Пизе проездом. Возле вокзала и до аэропорта недалеко. Тихий район. В комнате есть в целом все необходимое. Если что-то нужно дополнительно, они готовы предоставить.

Хотелось бы более убранную ванную комнату, также верхний душ продолжал капать на голову, когда я переключила на лейку:(

"Perfect!"

Location was perfect for arriving from airport late and night and self check in was super easy with very clear instructions from the owner! Room was clean and perfect! short walk to train station and leaving tower!
