Property is in very reasonable price which is very near to the beach like 1 min away.. hygiene n comfortable rooms with nicely clean washroom... staff n owner supportive.. the staff always ready to assist the guests... they're quite humble n take their job seriously.. valuable stay

Owner is helpful, property is near to Baga beach, local market and many famous restaurant. Room is good and clean. Staff are very gentle and polite. They have helped us with our requirements such as bike and car rentals.

Location was good and close to baga beach, room, washroom were clean and had a great stay, very calm and peaceful place. Specially staff are too friendly and cooperative. It's worth it staying here.

The place is very well located, just a 2 min walk to Baga beach. The staff are very helpful and since it was my trip they helped me in arranging a scooty. Location of property is perfect.

Location of the property was very good as its very near to Baga beach and night life

One of the room given was very small room inspite of checking with the property in advance. Following facilities were mentioned on the website but were not provided such as hot water geysers, electric kettle, one towel for 3 people, no toiletries, no toilet paper, no dryer, no wardrobe in one of the rooms....very disappointing.

Quite and close to everything

The hotel looked like a place under re-construction and nobody was there when arriving. I called on the phone and was told I had no booking. I called again and was asked to send a screen shot of my booking, which was a bit difficult, since the booking app. does not allow screen shots. After waiting 10 min. and sending the booking number then the booking was found. The bed sheets looked dirty and no warm water
