Holiday Homes Oštro

Bio sam drugi put u kampu Oštro i sigurno zadnji. Cijena je u rangu prosječnog kampa u Istri, ali ponuda nije ni približna – nema apsolutno nikakvog sadržaja. Dok u Istri kampovi nude bazene, sadržaje za djecu (trampoline, parkove, igraonice), ovdje nema ništa. Uz to, na recepciji sam imao neugodan susret s dvjema djelatnicama koje su bile izuzetno nepristojne i nekulturne, spremne na svađu umjesto da rade svoj posao i pokažu minimum profesionalnosti. Vrlo loše iskustvo – nikad više.

This was my second and definitely last time at Camp Oštro. The price is on par with an average campsite in Istria, but the offer is nowhere near – there are absolutely no facilities. While camps in Istria provide pools, children’s entertainment (trampolines, playgrounds, playrooms), here there is nothing at all. On top of that, I had an unpleasant experience at the reception with two employees who were extremely rude and unprofessional, more interested in arguing than doing their job. Very disappointing – never again.

The apartment itself is really nice, with a lovely terrace and balcony. We really enjoyed that part and loved spending time there.

They charge €15 per night for a dog, but there are no pet-friendly facilities — no dog beach or dedicated space. For this price, I would have expected something more than just covering extra cleaning. The camp itself is nothing special, and the huge oil refinery nearby really spoils the view.

Property was very clean and nicely located in the shades of trees with a view at the sea. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful (a special shout out to Vezira who has been a real gem and has helped us through out our entire stay).
