Potomac River Motel

The room was large. The woman who ran the hotel had recently purchased it. She was very friendly. But I think she's still new at all of this. The property needs much maintenance and cleaning.

Staying here was like staying in a David Lynch horror film. It didn't help that I blew out my tire as I came back from a restaurant late that night. There was no one around to help. The paving in front of the hotel room was all crumbled and my tire made contact with a sharp edge and exploded. The interior was creepy. I even wrote a little short story about it. But I won't post it here. While I was there, many utility workers were staying there as there was a big pipe project nearby. Plus a whole group of video gamers. So the Wi-Fi kept crashing. A bit surreal.

The Old Tile and Knotty Pine Panelling makes this place a Classic. Good Location. Great Staff. Quiet.

There was one Cleaning Issue, but, it was Promptly Corrected.

The entire place was under construction and we did not stay there. They should take it off the market until they are ready and should have let us know before

Extremely clean and inexpensive Mattresses were new and comfortable Room and bathroom spacious

Recently purchased and completely being renovated. So has great potential but is not there yet.
