TUNAK Resort Lombok

The resort is truly amazing: the view is breathtaking, the villas are beautiful, the staff is very professional, and the breakfast is excellent. My partner and I had a pleasant and relaxing stay, enjoying the atmosphere and the quality of the services.

Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience during our stay: after renting a scooter through the reception, the resort shared our personal data (phone number, name, and departure date) with an external supplier without our authorization. As a result of this, we received unwanted messages and calls, some of which were threatening, which disrupted our vacation. When we reported the incident to management and they blamed an employee without taking responsibility for what had happened. We believe that such a violation is unacceptable for a facility of this level, where privacy and guest protection should be a top priority.

酒店在龙目岛南部很私密的一片海滩，避世酒店，需要打车前往。酒店非常大，无敌海景，同时和自然生态结合的很好，房间也非常不错。早餐是点餐制的，住了两晚点了不同的品类，都很好吃，新鲜美味。整体的服务也都很好。 总而言之，如果你想找一家人少、景色好、生态好的酒店，美美躺平，来这就对了，中国人不骗中国人

The location, the beautiful rooms, the staff, the views, the added extras like the turtle hatchery, feeding the baby bunnies, quad bike riding. Our children and us loved it all. A really magical place.

- The view from the hotel is unbelievable. It is the best part of the hotel. We saw beautiful sunsets from the main restaurant and from our villa every day during our stay. - The pool is so nice. The water is always warm. The view from our pool and living room is unblocked. - It is very peaceful and quiet, which we enjoyed. Even though we shared a villa with others, we only had one neighbor so it was no issue at all, and we got to use the pool by ourselves quite often. - The lobster from the restaurant is delicious and fresh. We would recommend that. - Our room is the furthest, but the free buggy service is very convenient. They arrived right after we called every time. - The staff are friendly. They were always responsive on WhatsApp. - Free shuttle to the nearby beaches, but you cannot swim there. - We booked the room with 2 single beds, and they offered to combine them without us asking! Very nice of the hotel. --> Highly recommend for 2 nights of tranquility, natur,e and sunsets for couples.

- It's very remote from other parts of the island (Kuta is 35 mins away by car, which you can arrange with the hotel but its not free). The road to the hotel is bumpy. No Grab or Gojek services come to the hotel. But it's the trade-off you get if you want somewhere quiet and beautiful. - Beaches nearby are not for swimming so just stay in the villa and enjoy the pool. - Since the hotel is built in the deep end of the jungle by the cliff, you are very close to nature. The open-air show is very nice but you get some small animals-ants and geckos. For us, it's ok. And sometimes the sewage had a strong smell. Guess it's just due to the infrastructure challenges because of its location.

La vue exceptionnelle (villa à flanc de falaise) et un cadre privilégié en pleine nature. Le meilleur service de tout mon séjour en Indonésie. Merci à Wardah pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Très bon petit déjeuner à la carte.

Les villas bien que de très bon standing, mériterait un petit rafraîchissement.

Es war traumhaft, das Zimmer, der Servide, der Pool und die Lage. Auch die vielen verschiedenen Aktivitäten sind super und abwechslungsreich. Wir wurden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Es hätte sauberer sein können, Handtücher für Pool und Dusche hatten Flecken und es war staubig in den Ecken.
