The staff were very courteous, delicious food and superb location. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit there.

We had a fantastic time at Serene Crest Resort. we were a group of six people and we had the best holidays here.The staffs were exceptionally welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The food was delicious. Also they had a wide range of activities offered at the resort and the pool was spacious and clean. we had a very good time here.

The only issue we had was the Wi-Fi, which frequently disconnected, possibly due to the thunderstorms from previous night

Great resort with many activities for the family. Loved the food there as well as the surroundings and the large infinity pool. Staff is extra courteous and go to lengths to make it memorable. Loved the property and the greenery and the vegetable garden as well. Definitely recommend! Relaxing and rejuvenating!

The staff at the Resort (Nikhil (owner), Lakshmi and all others who support the functioning of the resort) redefine hospitality. From the moment we arrived, their genuine smiles and attentive service made us feel like cherished guests. They anticipated our needs, whether it was arranging a trip or suggesting the best places nearby or time to time checking our requirements. Their warmth and professionalism left an indelible mark on our hearts. The culinary experience at the Resort was nothing short of exceptional. Each meal was a celebration of flavors, beautifully presented and served with care. Every dish was a masterpiece. And the best part? The timing was impeccable—no waiting, just delightful for our taste buds. Our room was a cozy haven—a blend of modern comfort and rustic charm. The plush bed, soft pillows, and spotless linens ensured restful nights. I don't think we could expect anything better. Such was the overall experience. Overall, a memorable experience where short comings, if any at all should be ignored, though we did not undergo any challenges during our stay.
