GBElena sent very detailed instructions on how to enter the property. The apartment was immaculate and boasted many thoughtful touches such as make up wipes, note pad, steamer anything you may have forgotten was thought about to make it a lovely relaxing stay. Location was amazing, you were never a short walk from anywhere. We would definitely chose to stay here when we next visit York.
Elena kindly recommended parking however this was quite expensive, we chose to park in Morrisons (Foss Island) and this was only about 15 min walk and was alot cheaper option if you don't need your car close by. Which we didn't due to the apartment being in such a great location. Tiny tiny recommendation for a more comfortable sofa if you plan to have nights in, it was perfect for our day to day use as we were out alot of the time but something to maybe bear in mind. None of these things would deter us staying in the future 😊

GBThis property has everything you need and more for a relaxing break. Lots of little touches such as toiletries, tea bags, coffee pods to name a few. It is a spacious apartment, the rooms are a very good size. It was easy to find and only a short walk to York Mister and the shambles’s. Lots of pubs and restaurants in the immediate area if you don’t feel like walking too far at night, and a nice cafe up the next road that does a great breakfast.
The only thing I would suggest is a larger two seater sofa, it’s not the comfiest of sofas to relax on for two adults after a long day waking around .

Car park is very expensive near to flat but parked for an hour to get suitcases and parked the car a mile and a half near the racecourse didn’t not spoil the weekend whatsoever and got a taxi back,definitely a cheaper way of staying over if you travel by car-feel for the locals at those prices.

GBThe flat is absolutely beautiful, and very close to York city centre. There's a sainsburys local on the corner for any extras you might need. It has great facilities and is decorated immaculately, with loads of lovely homely touches. We enjoyed being there so much that we extended our stay. Elena was super friendly and helpful any time we we were in contact. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in York
Some of the facilities are slightly tricky to use ... particularly the hob... but can be worked out with a YouTube video!
