This place is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, charming, and surrounded by stunning nature, all arranged with great taste and attention to detail. The hostess is exceptionally kind, polite, and truly gives one hundred percent of herself to make you feel welcome. The breakfast is honestly one of the best I’ve had in Italy — fresh, generous, and delicious. Everything is spotless, comfortable, and full of character. Perfect for a quiet escape from everything. Highly, highly recommended.
The only thing I’d mention is that the place is a bit remote — but in the end, that’s actually part of its charm. You get complete peace and quiet, away from everything. It’s a little over an hour’s drive from Matera, but everything else you might want to see — the Ionian and Adriatic coasts, Alberobello, Monopoli, Bari — is within easy reach. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

De aardige gastvrouw, het heerlijke ontbijt en de unieke locatie. De Trulli is schoon en het ontbijt vers en met liefde klaargemaakt. Rustige locatie, middenin de binnenlanden.

"Ruime gezellige trullo midden de olijfbomen"

Een heel vriendelijke gastvrouw. Heel nette, ruime trullo. De ligging schitterend en uitnodigend tot rust en stilte wat mogelijk is daar op het platteland tussen de olijfbomen. Lekker ontbijt . In de trullo ook koekjes , koffie ter beschikking. Verder ook drinks aan goede prijs.
Wij hadden de pech dat de 2 andere trulli bezet waren door 2 luidruchtige vriendenparen die geen respect hadden voor rust en stilte. De gastvrouw kan daar niets aan doen. Het was voor ons wel een domper. Geen seconde stilte, behalve de nacht. Zo jammer.

Ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis in einem Trullo zu wohnen. Es war alles sauber und funktionell. Unschlagbar aber war unsere Hauswirtin die sich liebevoll um alles gekümmert und alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt hat. Begonnen mit dem Frühstück und täglich frische Snacks ins Zimmer stellte. Sogar unsere Wäsche hat sie uns gewaschen und zum Abschluß gab es für uns zum Frühstück noch eine Extra Portion Spiegelei. Jedenfalls zu 1000% zum empfehlen
Wie in Italien üblich, ganz schmale Zufahrtstraße, aber man gewöhnt sich daran
