The “accessible” shower seat was very low to the ground. Hard to get up. The shower floor popped a lot when standing on it. The showerhead was so high that slipped and nearly fell getting it down.

Finishing up a remodel, so some minor work still ongoing. Clean and comfortable. Love their coffee machine. Only one elevator so could be slow.

Great location to stay in. Room and hotel were clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. Basic hotel breakfast, but there were plenty of options. Only downside was that there were not enough outlets at the desk in the room. The only option was a powerstrip that also had the TV, refrigerator and desk lamp plugged into it behind the dresser. There was only a $50 incidental fee for the entire stay, but they do hold onto it for about 2 weeks.
Site was ok. It has been somewhat renovated from a previous hotel as you can tell from a few different areas that had previous signage. I never received a copy of my bill that was supposed to be emailed to me. Space was clean but it was dated and amenities were limited and dated. Breakfast was ok. Basic but it did the trick. The breakfast area is tight and not the best but we made it work. I would probably not stay here again.
It was not made clear room housekeeping schedule was. Sunday breakfast experience was POOR. Staff member was disinterested and apparently distracted to tasks needed/expected to maintain a clean and welcoming guest area. Lack of attention in maintaining supplies, tables and serving area was not kept cleaned, wiped down. Coffee machine was problematic and was not directly attended to by staff. Floors were sticky. Better training or management necessary. This is compared to the staff member attending the breakfast Saturday and Monday, who was exceptional! Polite, efficient, attentive to serving area and tables. Great attention to details!
Didn't like having a $50 security deposit taken when I wasn't aware of it in advance. I don't always trust it will be credited on my account in a timely manner.
Nice clean hotel and good value. Way better than similarly priced hotels.
