Good amount of EV level 2 charging stations! The room's fan coil(A/C) unit mounting height causes some drafts at the beds and the diffuser direction is fixed. Turning the fan to low-speed causes fan noises. The best solution is to set the high back armchair in front of the diffuser to direct the air upwards, so it is better diffused. The bed and bedding are comfortable. The show pressure is strong.
I stayed at Sonesta previously and wasn’t crazy about it. It just seems that you can do better. I stayed at this Sonesta because the rate was so much less than anywhere else and that night in Kansas City. I’m driven by a budget so I generally look for a good price. The very bright white lighting is not good for those of us who get migraine headaches. For that reason loan I wouldn’t stay here or anywhere else with currently used bright white lighting. Other than that, the mattress was very uncomfortable. The place is old, but that doesn’t bother me. It was very clean as people had stated. The staff was young and very friendly and the lobby was nicely decorated with new modern gray colors. Not my style, but it was attractive. We didn’t have breakfast, but we generally don’t anywhere we stay. The next time in Kansas City, I’ll spend an extra $30 and stay in a better brand.

Make sure that you are very good with communication so you don't "dirty" a room, before being moved to another one, before being told you can't book a different one. I can understand the "long-term stay policy". What I don't understand is being allowed to book a room post "mess up". Get your communication skills in order.
