The host, Milen, was very nice and responded fast to all our requests. The house was nice and clean, just like in the pictures. We found in the kitchen everything that we needed: oil, salt, condiments, vinegar, coffee capsules, all utensils. The location was great, close to the beach, the taverns and the walking area in Nikiti. There was a construction site opposite the house, but there was no noise coming to the house - so we were super happy with everything.

Perfect location, beautiful house and lovely surroundings! The owner was very kind, helpful, available the whole time and really quick to answer whenever we had questions. Highly recommended! We would definitely love to come back! :)

We stayed for a week in this incredible villa. Throughout our stay, we felt like at home. The house is furnished with great care and taste. The yard has designated areas where we could enjoy our morning coffee on the cool terrace and have a beer in the evening by the barbecue terrace. The owner has thought of everything, and I can say this is the best house in the area. The host was very responsive, providing us with recommendations for beaches with crystal-clear water and traditional Greek restaurants worth visiting. The villa had everything we needed for our vacation, including appliances and supplies like olive oil, sugar, salt, coffee, mineral water, books, a beach umbrella, an iron, and all the amenities. Thank you for the wonderful experience we had this week, all thanks to the amazing host. I highly recommend this villa to anyone seeking comfort, relaxation, and artistic decor!
