Terrible Experience – Safety Issues and Poor Hygiene I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. Within an hour of checking in, the staff tried to forcefully open my door 5-6 times. This was terrifying for my wife and a complete violation of our privacy. Even after reporting this, another staff member tried to open the door again 30 minutes later. The hotel is nothing like the photos shown on Booking.com. The room was incredibly dirty, the floors were unwashed, and the overall hygiene was pathetic. We weren't even given the specific room we booked. To make matters worse: Service: Almost non-existent. We had to specifically ask even for basic things like towels. ​Staff Accountability: I complained to the reception, but they took no action and didn't seem to care. ​Suitability: This hotel is definitely not safe or comfortable for families. Booking.com should delist this property. It was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Nothing to like about the location at all.

Foul smelling hallway, unclean mattress and quilt, No TV, AC without remote, No towels, lots of mosquitoes. Pathetic stay
