The palace was exactly that....a PALACE! It was clean, large, spacious, comfortable and quiet. My family and I had a great time staying there. The caretakers were readily available to attend to us and Esther, the chef, prepared great meals for us. The outdoor space was amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Orana! It's close to Iten, where Kenyan runners train, and Kisumu/Lake Victoria. The beautiful home is just minutes from downtown. The electric fence and gate attendant ensured our safety. Inside the house, palace vibes everywhere! The owners welcomed us warmly, recommending local eateries and activities. Mr. David, the property manager, was always available to help. The airport pickup and laundry service add-ons were very convenient. Esther, the housekeeper, did an excellent job keeping everything spotless. She's very hardworking and even helps her team members when they're short-staffed. We highly recommend Orana for its comfort, security, and exceptional service!

Every thing was exceptional

My stay at Orana was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we landed, the experience was seamless the close proximity to Eldoret Airport is a blessing. No traffic, just clean mountain air as you glide towards the palatial property. Even the entrance brings a smile to your face it's a grand welcome to what is truly a beautiful home. The term luxurious is often thrown around lightly when describing properties, but Orana is the real deal. This house redefines luxury. It’s a five-star oasis in Eldoret. All the bedrooms are ensuite, with bathrooms that are spacious and elegant. The bedrooms themselves are fit for royalty, complete with ample wardrobe space and tasteful décor that strikes the perfect balance between comfort and sophistication. The kitchen is immaculate large enough for three people to cook comfortably at once and fully equipped for group meals and laughter. But the absolute highlight of our stay was the garden and gazebo. We played music around the firepit, the kids ran freely on the lush grass, and we sipped the finest Japanese gin under the stars. Pure magic. What truly sets Orana apart, though, isn't just the grandeur of the property it's the incredible support staff who made our stay feel effortless. A huge thank you to David, who coordinated our arrival at Eldoret Airport and ensured that everything we needed was handled with care and efficiency. Nothing was too much for him. To Yvonne, who cooked the most delicious meals for our group over three days with grace and professionalism it was like watching a maestro at work. And to Esther, who kept the house spotless throughout our stay thank you for your quiet dedication. It was a truly wonderful experience. I’m already looking forward to being back in November.

Wonderful property. Peaceful, clean and safe. It felt like home away from home. The owner and caretaker were very attentive to details. All in all, we had a wonderful stay

The house is so beautiful it’s just as it appears on the pictures .located in the heart of Eldoret town and close yo everything . The house was sparkling clean , cozy , so spacious, and well decorated. Our host responded to us in a timely manner whenever we sent a message , he made sure we were comfortable and got all we needed . Here they focus on customer satisfaction!!! Next we visit kenya i will definitely stay in the same place .

The house is beautiful, the owner OB is very accommodating and always available on the phone. The staff we met, David and Mercy are both lovely people. David, again, is always available for anything you need.
