The location is situates KB MALL..you can walk there. Aircond is super cold✅ Got iron & board inside ur room✅ Drinking Water with 3 types suhu (hot, cold, normal) Tv with channel Towel provided Maybe the hotel can provide the hair dryer soon😍

Toilet not so clean la..7 out 10 i can rate Only the shower gel provided in the toilet Heater well-function ✅ Ada nyamuk laa..maybe fr the toilet I think. Kena provider aerosol..maybe hotel can make sure that

The staff is okay, there is plenty of parking and the location is alright

The room I booked smelled like a damp cellar, definitely had mold problem. I had to pay extra to upgrade to another room that wasn't smelly. The new room facing the road so it was extremely loud - think motorbikes speeding all night just next to your bed. No sound proofing. The beds were dirty

Location is central. For how much it costs, the hotel really served its purpose - value-for-money. And good water pressure too, which is a bonus in Kelantan.
