Nothing!!!! Horrible experience!!!

I want to complain about this place and get my money back. I booked in advance through Booking for three nights. I arrived at 130 at night, The room was very old and dirty. I could not take a shower because there was no flow of water from the shower and it was also cold. In the morning, the air conditioner didn't work either. I explained to the host Lekto that I wanted to leave, he threatened me that I could not leave without paying him for 3 nights. I am a solo traveler, a woman, and I was worried. I felt threatened and I stayed for another 2 nights in disgraceful conditions. The host shouted at me in the reception center, in front of other travelers, shamed me and said I was a problematic customer. The experience was shocking!!! I would like to receive a refund, as well as to warn other travelers against coming to the place. Please update me as soon as possible.

Lovely chilled place right next to the beach in a beautiful tranquil tropical garden. Lovely and quiet with the only sound at night the crashing of the waves on the beach, oh and the occasional dog barking - but this is Goa :).

Great location. Clean. Comfortable

A bit noisy some nights. Owner is pleasant. Others not so much

Simple room close to the beach. We got 1 free bottle of water after arrival which was nice. Possibility for flexible check in was good.

It can be noisy in the evening. Reception was just in front of our room, which was sometimes disturbing.

Really close too the beach. Restaurant served tasty food.
