"Buena opción en Juriquilla"

Es un hotel agradable con opciones de comida muy próximas, estacionamiento amplio y fácil salida de la ciudad (si te diriges al norte)

Es buena opción si se paga antes o al menos definir antes la tarifa. La tarifa directamente en lobby es muy cara en relación con el hotel. La ubicación de columnas del edificio es ciertas habitaciones es realmente una falla de diseño arquitectónico, molesta y estorbosa.

el desayuno incluido es terrible. es un buffet muy pobre,solo tiene un par de opciones, de las cuales 2 tenían un sabor malo

"No respetan el precio de booking."

La ubicación sin duda es excelente, de igual forma el estacionamiento está super bien. El cuarto esta bien en cuanto a espacio, la cama bien.

Definitivamente el personal podría ser más amable, un punto negativo es que no cuentan con muchos servicios. Por ejemplo no hay room service 24 horas, no hay hielo después de las 9pm, la puerta del baño es basicamente transparente esto definitivamente quita privacidad. Su desayuno se acaba y su horario de desayuno es super reducido, considero que deberían tener una opción para elegir sin desayuno ya que si no bajas super temprano ya no encuentras nada y todo es muy limitado. No me hospedaría aquí nuevamente ya que el costo es alto en relación a los servicios que ofrecen. Además no respetan el precio de booking, alegando cambios en sus impuestos. Quise hablar el tema en recepción pero no me pudieron explicar ni resolver nada.

Muy bonita la habitación

Solo faltó un poco de capacitación al personal de limpieza, tuvimos que pedir toallas y servicio de café, no lo dejaron al hacer la limpieza de la habitación
