The room was big, clean and well equipted. It got a balcony with mountain view.

The bathroom sink was partly clogged. There was no mosqito net nor electric insect repellent. It was about 3 km away from the city center which becomes steep at last 500 meters.

Nice place not far from city center..had a cool breakfast with special guests “the monkeys” who tried to do a diversion to steal our food ..fun fun fun

The location is about 2km away from kandy city still there's public commuters or Tuk or Car (Pick me) with in few minutes easily cab be arranged. I love the walk so i took the 2km by walking that allows me to capture beautiful surroundings including narrow roads by lake & pretty architectural structures the opposite. The superb thing is you won't feel the warmth just because there's always cold wing embracing you... Rather staying in star class hotels i would highly recommend this place where as it's affordable, clean, reasonable facilities for the money... Easy Access, also i tried the "Auntie's 🍵 was delicious... Also upon request meals freshly cooks & serve you kindly inform in advance your requirement Thank you for the Hospitality!

Property is home stay base & family running business, the room size is super enough for 4 as i booked a quadruple room, 2 big size king beds (comfortable mattress) has aircon+fan as well as hot water shower. I would again mentioning for the price i booked it's very reasonable accommodation & super clean...

Clean basic room, everything new, air-conditioned, good bathroom with hot water. Located in a quiet area near the lake. Food shops and restaurants nearby.
