Olympia's apartment

The apartment is in a very nice area. There is everything that can be needed. There is a big mall 2 minutes away by feet. Pharmacies, hospitals, restaurants, parks.. It is so easy to go to the city center by bus or taxi. It’s even really close if you want to walk. I loved walking to the center by the riverside. I felt like I was home staying there. I didn’t feel like I was staying in someone else’s home. The apartment was cozy and it had everything I needed. Elena on the other hand is an exceptional and the best landlord. She helped me for everything. Not only things related with the apartment but also with my other personal needs. Thanks to her I could easily adjust to the new enviroment.

The rating 9 in not suited for what you find inside: very dated furniture (that was visible also in the pictures). The bathroom has very poor ventilation and there is mold on some items. The hot water is so hot, that the shower faucet has literally 2 colors and textures (you can burn yourself practically). Kitchen only has 2 chairs. You don't really feel the cleanliness... All in one: the price reflects somewhat what you find, but not the rating of 9.

Apartment has everything is needed. Public parking at front of the flat. Location is very good to reach Canion Matka and city center. The Host is very kind and helpful.
