GBLocated in a residential area where a modern hotel like this seems out of character, but close to places to eat etc. It was purely an overnight stop off for us but a very convenient one. Rooms were amazing, very clean, with good fridge, TV, lighting and wifi, superb bed and quality bedding, huge shower, proper big towels, good toiletries - and for the first time in our extensive road trip we found that everything actually worked as it should do
On arrival we were not made to feel particularly welcome. The lady who showed us to our room was rather uncommunicative and unsmiling - could have just been shy - but not the best customer experience for us. May be lacking in soundproofing because we could hear the conversation, coughing and sneezing from the next room and their loud phone conversation when we could even hear the person on the other end of their call.
ZAThe property is supper clean, receptionist very friendly, please do supper sometimes the stores wimpy and others close early. That is my request provide dinner as well
