Hotel Inn Milwaukee

Absolutely nothing. I could’ve been dead due to breathing complications

I was forced to check out of the hotel the first day (06/28/2025) due to health issues. I was having difficulty breathing as the room had the stench of cigarette, marijuana and everything in between. I tried using odor neutralizer provided to no avail. I requested a room change but was told they didn’t have any available. I was needing to go to an urgent care center at 9pm or emergency room due to breathing difficulties but I needed to get out of that hotel room to catch clean air first. Thankfully I do not need to get medical attention. I ended up paying for another hotel at double the cost due to the urgent nature of my health. Also the bathroom was not functioning and I could not take a shower despite 5 trips to the front desk and the manager came to the room and saw it himself but no resolution (room 329). So pls I need a full refund. I checked out at the front desk and I’ve called the next day and explained to the hotel rep. I was told to contact booking.com for my refund. I HAVE TRIED CONTACTING BOOKING.COM WITH NO SUCCESS. PLEASE HOW CAN I REACH YOU FOR MY FULL REFUND? I need my money back. Thank you

Literally nothing. Place was disgusting, had a weird smell, nothing was clean. Dirt and cigarette burns in my sheets, the bathroom floor was sticky with urine. We left after the first night.

Literally everything. The entire place was gross. I've stayed in bad/gross/dirty hotels before, but this is singlehandedly the grossest hotel I've ever had the displeasure of staying at.

They allowed me to book a room that was not available and took my money and does not answer the phone!!!

Dirty hotel room - dust everywhere, punch holes in the walls, bullet holes in the furniture and the whole hotel smelt of weed and cat urine Felt unsafe in the hotel - loud outside and an unsafe neighbour with back doors that could be left open for unwanted people to gain entry Room key card didn’t work Horrible/scary environment

Nothing

Tv wasn’t working , no oven/stove , dirty covers , no phone line , no towels

It was dirty nasty it smells and sheets were stained highly disappointed ☹️
