Lake Pleasant Hotel

The location

No new towels was provided on the second day. Only the bathroom small window can open so it was very hot

The staff however was very helpful and friendly.

For the price that I paid I expect more facilities. The room was very small. No facilities was available to accommodate live when the staff are not available. Example no microwave was available. No braai facilities are available.

Perfect setting

No aircon in room. Gets really hot.

The location, facilities, room and staff were all wonderful. Loved the use of the pool as well. Would definitely return. It’s a really quaint, quiet and secluded location.

The curtains are very thin, so we woke up every morning with the sun. We were on the far end unit and there was a light outside our bathroom window at night. We had to put up towels and blankets to try block out the light shining in. Due to both we didn’t get very good sleep during our stay.

The staff was awesome 👌, the bar man made my day

The restaurant serve delicious food

The resort is beautifully situated but the view from rooms is ridiculous for the beautiful area one could have enjoyed. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and some dishes in restaurant were recommendable

The direct view onto weathered asbestos roofs with external aircon installations infront of the bedroom terrace. Luggage could mostly only be placed on floor as there was not enough furniture to accommodate luggage without bending down on floor
