The apartment is strategically located for tourist spots, shops, metro stations and restaurants. The instructions given for checking in were easy to follow. The balcony is spacious.

It was quite noisy partcularly during night time. The lift was not reliable. It did not work most of the time during our stay.

The room is completely renovated, despite being an old building. It is simple and with a nice view from the long balcony. We were in 18, which does not have a terrace itself. Compared to other apartments we stayed in during this trip, it is basic.

Perhaps the least pleasant thing was the bathroom. The shower is low, without power and with a weak shower head. Without shampoo and amenities. The towels are old, rough and very thin. There is also no microwave in the kitchen, but there is an electric oven. Otherwise it was a well-equipped kitchen. Another thing to mention is that the administrator asked us to come in to make repairs, when we were not on the floor. That's annoying, both for security and privacy. We don't feel comfortable with that, but we accept so as not to cause discomfort.

It was dirty, no trash cans, no toilet paper, no bed sheets, the room is full of different bugs and A LOT of cockroaches, the elevator sometimes works sometimes doesn't, and when it does it feels like it's falling apart, and most importantly what we booked was a DIFFERENT ROOM, that was a scam we booked a big room and got a really small one, the ac has no remote so ethier freeze to death or cook, no safe in the room, the bed was really bad and the pillows were like paper

It had a nice little balcony area over looking the old town, location was great to bars and restaurants. It was nicely and had modern decorations and very clean, with lots of facilities such as washing machine, hair dryer, air con. Excellent value for money! Would stay here again!

Unfortunately for us the air con had broken they came to fix it immediately which was great during the day but just not cold enough at night. Under bath mat in the bath was a bit of rust or something so wouldn’t have felt comfortable having a bath but showers were clean and good temp.

Terrace space and price

Sofa bed was stained, those who slept in the bedrooms were cold and would have appreciated an additional blanket being available

Close to the city centre and attractions with very nice roof terrace.

The apartment was very basic and under equipped for example there was just one knife and the gas hob had only one working gas ring. it is located very centrally but in an old run down building. There was no kettle or iron as stated on the list of facilities. The curtains did not fully cover the windows allowing the early morning light to penetrate the bedrooms.

We booked the two bedrooms apartment for three nights. The building is old but the apartment has been renovated. The place is in the old Town so very convenient to visit the old Town. Everything at your feet. Big and nice veranda. Sixth floor but there is an elevator. The host gave us the early check-in that we asked for.

The telephone number we got in the reservation was wrong. Water pressure in the shower was low and the floor in one of the bedrooms was uneven. Also it would be good if we found some little things like salt and pepper in the kitchen. No wardrobes in the bedrooms.
