The apartment was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent. Check-in and check-out was done through WhatsApp.

The washing machine could use some instructions. The WhatsApp check in and check out seemed a bit impersonal but it worked.

"Great apartment for a couple to use as a base to investigate Lucca."

Good location close to restaurants and shopping but not so close to make it too noisy. Room was clean and comfortable. Good instructions on how to use everything.

Air conditioner worked well but was a bit loud.
