The coffee was great

There was leakage at multiple locations in the washroom and the hot water is available only till 1 pm

Wifi Not working in the Rooms, No Set top box in economy room, no entertaimnet for kids, its a home converted to guest house, no sufficent parking place, if you go in big cars, need to park 500 mts away from Rooms, No staff , Owner will only take care, as a person Owner is cooperative, No credit card facility at the place.

No inhouse restaurant , no TV for entertainment, in the same cost or little extra we can get other good options if you are travelling with Family,

The hospitality was on point. Check in and check out is quite flexible. Loved the cleanliness in the property. Services are very good. And the cherry on the cake was the amazing breakfast the owner makes!

There's notihing to not like about the property as it is located very very close to the panchgani market, theres also a taxi stand close by and a medical clinic next door in case of emergencies.

I liked everything

The location of the guest house was great. All necessary stuffs were in a walking vicinity. The staff was polite and helpful all the time. We requested for some food and got amazing home cooked breakfast to start off our day. A must visit to Panchgani during the rains.

The location is very poor. This hotel is situated in a chawl, which is a very bad location. The reception staff is not good; they talk to customers in a very rude manner. The check-in and check-out times are from 10 AM to 10 AM, instead of the standard 12 PM to 12 PM found in other hotels. I was 20 minutes late for check-out because I didn’t know the check-out time was at 10 AM. The staff rudely said, “Didn’t you see the board? The check-out time is 10 AM.” This behavior is very unprofessional and the handling of customers is extremely rude. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel room is very congested, with very little space. The TV is not working and the Wi-Fi is very slow. There are so many problems with this hotel.
