Personeel. Slechte communicatie en afspraken niet nakomen (bijvoorbeeld afspraak gemaakt om bagage om 9.00 op te halen, werd niet gedaan en na diverse apps kwam pas om 10.15 een reactie).

对原定的hostel不甚满意临时改订了这家，没想到是一个意外的惊喜！房东夫妇特别热情周到，下雨的早上承诺尽量提前check- in，还主动提供了免费的自助早餐，非常丰盛！房间装修精致，温馨舒适，配备了电视、冰箱、微波炉、电磁炉、胶囊咖啡机，浴室空间大，是按摩淋浴房，有吹风机甚至还有烫衣板和电熨斗，一应俱全，超预期！位置很好，去老城和火车北站都可以步行到达。总之，超高性价比，特别推荐！

Da ich früher angekommen bin als das übliche Zeitfenster es her gab, wurde ich freundlicherweise in ein anderes Haus in der Nähe umgebucht, welches die Option bot, dass ich früher einchecken konnte. Dies war für mich eine große Hilfe. Die Räume waren ruhig, schön und sauber. Ich komme gerne wieder.
