Le scale ed il palazzo, essendo storico, sono molto fatiscenti, davvero troppo per i miei gusti. Se sistemano quest'aspetto è un ottimo alloggio. Quando cammini per le stanze traballano i mobili, viene un po di preoccupazione sulla stabilità della casa, ma ci mancherebbe è li da molti anni. Avrei gradito trovare una bottiglia di acqua fresca nel frigo.

Despite being on the main tourist pedestrian street, the apartment is at the back and is very quiet. Probably the quietest place stayed in three months. It is spacious with generous sized rooms and has a large kitchen. Good storage space for luggage and hanging space. Comfortable sofa. Small table in kitchen and large table in living area. Staff excellent with communication - lock box entry. Storage for bikes. There are 64 steps up to the apartment, no lift but the stairs are not steep and they are wide other than the last ten. Good shower and new bathroom. Very clean and tidy. Good WiFi signal. Good supermarket about a ten minute walk. Restaurants and bars and everything else on your doorstep. Aircon in lounge and bedrooms. It was 38 degrees when staying and we were cool enough.

The kitchen could be better equipped with tea towels missing and very sparse. There is ample crockery and cutlery but it’s fairly basic. The bed wasn’t the best and the linen and towels need an upgrade.

The host was amazing. The accommodation was perfect. Very large apartment in the heart of everything and underground parking 5 min walk. Everything you needed was here. Exceptional value for money. I would definitely recommend this apartment and genuinely stay again. Make sure you visit rabbit rabbit which is a few minutes walk. Amazing food 😋 we ate here most of the time. Superb all round.

Big apartment in the center of the city, close to everything.

Apartamento excelente con todo lo necesario, grande y acogedor, super limpio, en una buenísima posición justo al centro de Arezzo.

From booking process to checkout the owner/manager was very hands on and caters to our needs & messages. We were a family of 5 + 2 kids, the building itself on the outside looks very old/historic as it blends to its surrounding area which has the Italian old town vibes. Located in the very heart/city center of Arezzo. The building is located in the high street where the city has blended its modern high street botiques with the classic architecture which has a rich cultural history. The place inside is huge, spacious , is very modern and fully equipped, very clean and really has nothing to complain about. This can even fit about 8 people comfortably. Supermarket, coffee shops, train station and the main square are all within few minutes walking distance.

Very minor - Building is located on 3rd floor without lifts. This won’t be a problem if you don’t have lots of heavy luggages.

The apartment was very spacious and centrally located, plenty of room for 3 adults and a baby.

Kitchen would benefit from a bit more supplies for the oven and cooking in the house.
