Greek House Tatiana

The place was very clean. Had been renovated and upgraded considerably from it's original state. Price in November was good.

The place was advertised as a "villa", which is a bit of an exaggeration. This is an old very small village house. Very low ceilings. You also had to exit from the bedrooms and go outdoors to reach the kitchen and bathroom, which is a bit odd for a villa, and a bit of an inconvenience especially at night.

The house was cozy and with everything we could need there. But what made our stay even greater was the super-welcoming and friendly host, always available to help and even letting us to check in earlier than expected. Note 1: one might need a car/taxi to commute to the city center and major facilities, and the nearest beach/restaurant seems to be in 20-25 min. walking distance. Note 2: Google maps display the house address is some strange way. Thus, we had an issue with calling a taxi there, but eventually the host helped us.

The only disadvantage I can think of is one of the bedrooms being a pass-through one, and that was not really obvious for us when booking the accommodation. All in all the house itself is not that big. Still, the property appears a great value for money.

Lovely apartment in a great location We had every kind of comfort available (from beach umbrellas, to beach towels, etc.) Tatiana the owner was available for the entire time of our stay, satisfying any of our request Highly recommended location and for sure since we intend to return to Kos we will know where to go for our stay

Tatiana and her husband Viktor are very gentle, they waited for us in their apartment even if our flight was very late and welcome us with fruit and wine. Their house is very nice, new, clean and exactly as represented in the pictures. Tatiana can also help you to organize a boat trip or book a car or a bike. The house is outside the city center, and it's very quite. It's ideal if you are staying with your family and want a quite place and you are happy to reach out the beaches with a car or a bike.

The kitchen and the bathroom are external but just next to the front door. It's ok, but it can be annoying if you need to reach the bathroom at night because you will need to unlock the front door.

It's a lovely country home. The air has the aroma of the earth and the olive groves. Perfect Island experience.

It was a lovely home in a part of Kos that has maintained its old charm. The air had an aroma from the land, and it was glorious. Ideal for a short stay,

The seating arrangement in the TV area requires a little more thought but was still nice. I would eliminate the use of the front door, allowing for a larger seating area. The other doors near the kitchen were all that was needed.
