A home among the palm trees! The property is in a great location, less than a 5 minute walk to the bus terminal and in a fantastic area for walking around the city. The property is secure and has a feeling of privacy and safety despite being in the thick of Tulum! Ramon, our host, was exceptionally friendly and helpful, contactable by WhatsApp! We extended our stay for an additional night and it was no problem at all to organise with Ramon - super host!! This felt like a home, more so than a hotel. With only three rooms available it’s very cozy (we were lucky enough to have the whole property to ourselves for most of our stay so it felt like our own little home) Huge comfy bed, fantastic shower! The water pressure was fabulous! The room stayed nice and cool in the thick Tulum heat. Grocery store is just around the corner for cooking in the communal kitchen, cafe right next door! Prime location!

It’s Clean. There is a kitchen guests can use. The location is perfect - walk to the ferry and in town. Close to the malecón. The shower pressure was amazing. Water provided.

It was cool to have so many turtles, but I don’t like any animal coming up to me to beg for food. I put my feet up so they wouldn’t touch me. About 7 came running when I sat on the patio to eat. To be fair, some guests spent a lot of time feeding them.

Everything you want from a budget option - very clean, access to drinking water and a kitchen, and the friendliest lady who runs the shop next door (Rosa?) checked me in. The same family who owns this place also run a cafe nextdoor which is really convenient as it opens early so good for people who have early starts for trips. Communication was great and it was safe and secure. The location is excellent - tons of lovely local places to eat around. If I come back to Tulum, I would stay here again.

The room was clean & wide.

The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Late check-in worked well. Lots of stores and restaurants, food stalls nearby. ADO bus terminal is very close, only a few minutes by foot. Eloida, who was in charge during my stay, is such a nice and warm person, made me feel very comfortable.
