The house was nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. The location was great— just a short walk to the boardwalk/ Ocean casino.

Modern & spacious. An entire house.

Far too expensive for what it is. Upkeep is lacking.

Amenitis not enough

Heat was working very well. WiFi works very well. That’s about it.

So upon arrival the trash hasn’t have been taken outside, I had to do it. Soon as I walked in the house it smelled horrible. I spent $150 on cleaning supplies to make the smell go away. Basically this house look too good to be true. I had a tesla but the garage charger didn’t fit the Tesla charger. The couches had stains wasn’t comfortable to sit down. I also had to buy 3 bed sheets because the sheets weren’t fresh.

The area was nice a quite, the house was a nice size my family really enjoyed our stay. It was great bc my father and his girlfriend came from Philly to spend the holiday with us

We couldn't figure out how to open up the garage door, and I dnt know if the guest who stayed there before us. Brought it in or not but I seen a baby roach on the way by the kitchen table, and the 1st night we got there bring the food etc in my sister seen a roach on the wall as she was going up the stairs to go to the bathroom. But other then that we really enjoyed ourselves. I will be contacting you in the future again if we do the Airbnb again this was my very 1st time getting a Airbnb on my own and I belive it was a great experience. Thanks again

I liked the space for our family to spread out. I liked that it had an oven, refrigerator, garage, kitchen, dining room, separate bedrooms, and living area. The host was very communicative and polite. Loved the central air and that we had a washer and dryer. Close to casinos and beach. Nice house overall!

Minor issues: Floors needed mopping. Extra pillows had stains (lipstick or something) and there was not a sofa bed like in the description, it was just a sofa. When I asked for more toilet paper for our group, they said they provide 2 per bathroom and we needed to get our own, though I paid almost $2,000 to stay and were not in the house but morning an evening. No hot pads to remove hot food, no dish towels to dry dishes (had to do dishes in the sink because the dishwasher didn't have a knob to turn it on). Neighborhood was sketchy. Police were at the neighbors twice during our stay. Garage had broken glass and trash with flies, and the front yard had wrappers and such when we pulled in. Towel rack in the bathroom fell off the wall and master bath had the towel rack sitting on the sink. Not enough towels for a week's stay for 5 people. Had to wash towels daily so we had clean towels in the morning. Though these were minor to our stay, they still need mentioning.
