Könnyű megközelítés, saját parkoló, elég távol a városközpont zajától. Elég hely három gyerekes család számára, tengerre néző terasz, ami árnyékolható. A kertből közvetlen a partra lehet sétálni, mindig volt szabad hely a strandon. Közel a bolt, fagyizó, kávézó, hentes. A kertben lehet grillezni és van kerékpár, amivel körbe lehet járni a környéket.

A tengerpart kavicsos, a képek ellenére teli van ököl méretű kaviccsal. A víz első két métere tiszta kavics, szintén nagy méretű, kellemetlen rajta bemenni és könnyű elveszteni az egyensújt. Utána van homokos rész ami élvezhető. Nincs klíma, így a felső szintek melegek (a hálórész) a tetőszoba pedig használhatatlan még a gyerekeknek is. Nyitva kell hagyni az ajtókat, hogy legyen elég szellőzés, így a kinti zajok (tenger, hangos szomszédok) zavaróak. Körben mindenhol vendégek vannak, csak szerencse kérdése, hogy hangosak lesznek-e vagy sem. A szállás sokkal jobb lehetne, ha a karbantartást elvégeznék. Leeső kilics, eltört ponyvatekerő, tus helyett csak kerti slag, az ajtók szorulnak és nehezen nyílnak. A kerékpárok állapota nagyon gyenge, a grillt nekem kellett eltakarítani, hogy süthessek rajta.
