Well maintained site

No entertainment, no chef till Thursday, close to new quay but no pavements meant it was too dangerous to walk, no sea view and/view which was in facilities , had view of water tanks and other caravans. Lock was old and struggled to get in. Unhygienic shower mat needs ditching.

We recently stayed at Harries Lodge Ocean in New Quay and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The lodge was exceptionally clean, modern with parking for 1 car , and very well maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the sea views were absolutely beautiful, especially in the evening. The location was perfect — peaceful and relaxing while still being close to the beach, local shops, and places to eat. The beds were very comfortable, and the whole lodge felt cosy and welcoming. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches from the host and the excellent communication throughout our stay. Overall, it was the perfect place for a relaxing coastal getaway, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting New Quay Or cardigan bay

The caravan was lovely and clean. The bedroom was bigger than most caravans we’ve stayed in.

Im unsure how many times we have stayed here-it is either 3 or 4 times which should speak for itself, the site is "quiet" enough... and "busy" enough at the same time, we can sit in the outside area of the bar & watch our children play in the park with confidence they are safe

The caravan was comfortable and clean. We loved being able to access the indoor pool on site.

The area with outdoor seating is a little small, but for a weekend break we didn’t find this an issue. Spending time in New Quay and enjoying the glorious coastline in sunshine was the focus of our trip. It is a little way out of New Quay but we were happy to walk and enjoy the weather whilst it lasted.

We love the property, it was spacious and my kid can running around the caravan. The swimming pools were great. There were youtube and netflix, we enjoyed every night. It was clean and tidy and comfortable like home.

The first night was my partner’s birthday, i have asked for some decorations when book and the staff have said yes. But nothing when we arrived. There was not instruction for check out and I needed to ask the staff from Vale which is the other holiday home service provider. The hot water supply was not stable, we waited for a long time in the bath tub for it. Luckily it happened on our last day.
