The location is good

The first night when I came, there is exploding water pipe from the bathroom everywhere, so I called the receptionist they changed another room for me without mentioning anything, then when I checked out they were asking me to pay USD 800 for the difference of room, I can not accept because that is not my reason to change my room. Now the hotel keep disturbing me with my contact number. Please help to solve this issue, if you need I have all the message record can provide to Booking.com

nice hotel its quite big and had great food at the restaurant .

breakfast menu choice is limited . My room was very noisy i barely had a good night sleep .
