Spacious rooms, garden, good parking space, friendly and helpful staff

Beds were very uncomfortable, pillows were not good, bedsheets were dirty mattress was dirty.

We loved everything about our stay in here! The house itself is just beautiful. Garden is lovely and rooms are massive. Very tidy and clean. Beds were comfy and A/C worked fine. DHA area where hotel is located is also very nice and close to many tourist attractions. Staying here was very unique because we didn’t see any other guests! Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and hospitable. Would highly recommend!

Wi-Fi worked very poorly in our room, so we had to stay in the “public are” to use internet. Shower are can be improved

From the outside its very beautiful The location is one of the best in Karachi Front garden was very nice

They gave me a different room than what I booked or the pictures from booking are nowhere near to the reality Also they will charge you for water, that's something I've never seen before.

The manager was exceptionally helpful, especially in arranging transport and ordering eatables from outside.

Cleanliness and maintenance could be better.
