For any and all mishaps the staff knew to apologize and offer “an alternative”

Couple of times communication was broken. Very late breakfast. Chef arrived “at 7a” “at 6am” … The cafe “closes at 7:30pm” accdg to front desk; yet the cafe staff said “we close at 9pm” The entrance of the middle function room was lined with 2brooms/ 8exteq chairs, folded tables, old plastic flower decors, background easel,etc … as a guest of a function too I had to ask staff to “please go keep old decors n unused chairs in your storage room and not at the entrance of a function room; hurry for wedding guests started arriving and they are seeing these unnecessary things in front of the function room…”

what i liked about the villa is very spacious and has its own pool

what I didnt like and made us very disappointed it has many flies and water and wifi is out and needed to contact the maintenance . they said restaurant/cafe closes at 8pm ,we ordered 7:12pm they rejected our order due to lack of staff 🧐🧐

Hotel bright & clean; nice pool area. However, it is predominantly a wedding/birthday venue. Can be noisy in evenings.

Room pleasant but no safe, or bedside lights. Food from thier cafe is reasonable, but not restaurant standard.

The Location, it's far from crowded city

1. VERY CHEAP INTERIOR 2. VERY CHEAP BREAKFAST (for paying almost 8k for nights) 3. NO FRONT DESK TO CALL On the night (if you have complaint) 4. THE ROOM IS NOT SOUND PROOF, YOU CAN HEAR PEOPLE TALKING OR PARTYING OUTSIDE 5. THEY DON'T REFILL THE AMENITIES ON YOUR NEXT DAY OF STAY 6. THEY DON'T HAVE COMFORTERS only linens 7. VERY LAID-BACK DOOR SYSTEM 8. NO IN-ROOM TELEPHONE 9. EARLY MORNING YOU CAN HEAR PEOPLE HAMMERING OUTSIDE 10. THEY PUT THE AMENITIES IN THE BEDS DESPITE THE FACT THAT THE BATHROOM IS SO HUGE (Poor Presentation)
