I didn’t have breakfast

The location is in a residential area just outside Leeds. It cost less than £10 in an Uber to get into the city. Room was functional and clean, shared bathroom was large, equipped with bath and shower and clean.

The rooms are in an old victorian house with a shared kitchen. I didn't use this facility but others did. This would be my only 'complaint' is that other guests were using the kitchen to make food after 10pm at night, not sure if they were long term residents perhaps? and because its an old house there is no sound proofing and noise travelled up the stairway. But for the great value and after a night out its a great option.
