Grange House Budget Rooms

I liked the location of the property, the size of the accommodation and the fact it had parking. I like the little touches - fresh milk for tea and crockery. It's well decorated and clean. It could do with somewhere to hang towels though as there weren't any hooks in the space.

The room is right by the front door and drive as it's at the front of the house. You could hear all the comings and goings of other people who were far from quiet. I found it very hard to sleep with the noise interruptions. Lots of white vans coming in and out of the drive. Shame really as the accommodation itself is excellent. Maybe I was just unlucky.

Very nice house, clean and well decorated. Comfortable bed. Host leaves bottled water as well as tea/coffee/sugar and a kettle. Also plates and cutlery Room aslo has a fridge.

Nothing to not like, this guesthouse is as good as most comfortable hotels.

The cleanliness of the facilities, good heating, good supplies of toiletries and beddings. Excellent customer relationship.

Located only a short drive/taxi to the city centre. Host very welcoming and kept in touch if you needed anything. Great value for money. Room was large with own bathroom. Toiletries, kettle, tea coffee supplied.

Would have been great if there were some milk for hot drinks.

Close to Elland Rd where my event was Comfortable bed Easy check in and late check out

Heating was off . Arrived around the mid night couldn’t contact anyone. Small duvet , very high pillows . Low quality shower . Early morning noise from residents woke me up and couldn’t sleep again.
