"Great little Apartment perfect for short walks down to Carbis Bay and into St Ives town"

Location was perfect with the Tesco Superstore 2 mins walk and the Cornish Arms Pub also 2 mins walk (opposite direction to Tesco) and then the lovely Carbis Bay beach is about a 15 min walk down the hill. The apartment was exceptionally clean and perfect to prepare a little food have a shower and to sleep in.

Nothing really although for some reason our swimming clothes and towels wouldn't dry as possibly the air humidity due to the location makes it difficult so maybe a heated towel rail but really that literally is the only thing and it wasn't anything that concerned us (we struggled to right anything that was bad) Some may moan about the apartment looking like it was converted from an office but as we say there wasn't anything we disliked.

"A great family stay and a great location for a few days."

Location was excellent. Parking at the property was great too. The host was very responsive too and attended to our needs straight the way as was only next door.

The kitchen facilities were too basic and a little small. The bathroom was a great size but shower was small.

Spacious and comfortable. Quiet. Perfect for 4. Scone, jam and clotted cream on arrival!

"Clean, light and comfy annex"

This was a spotless base to explore from. The kitchenette had all the basics, plus fresh milk in the fridge. Both bedrooms had crisp cotton bedding and soft towels. There was a hairdryer too. The owners left us scones, clotted cream and jam, incase we may have heard their dog while they were out at an appointment – so thoughtful.

The shower water pressure was low, regardless of which power setting. Wi-Fi was via a ranger extender, so the connection was patchy.
