The Ivory Sanctuary

I love the overall aesthetic of the unit and the building itself. Almost everything has been provided for travelers to use.

They only had one elevator that is working. The other one was not available. I’m not sure if it was under maintenance.

Amazing property great place to stay and I would highly recommend. Place has a water cooler which has a hot water feature had cooking equipment and everything that you need.

The only thing was the pool wasn’t available for use when we arrived and sometimes we were stuck for things to do and the pool would have been handy but other than that great stay and worth it .

The bed was good only the pillow not to my liking, the room was spacious and clean. Kitchen was well equipped but sadly not bread toaster.

Water interruptions was kinda bad. Maybe check before quest come in if tank is full?

Let me put it this way: if you stumble upon this rental ad, don't hesitate, take it, you won't find anything better. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I like the wifi, the stove.

The swimming pool which the guard told me to pay even I paid 3 days. The shower don't have a hot and cold, I think only for a decoration. The blanket is two and could not fit me coz it's single sizes, so I need to cover my foot with the 1 blanket and upper body with the one blanket. The guard was too strict and making us uncomfortable with a lot of questions like "is his name in the guest list" which I already put during my arrival. the toilet paper was just 2 and small. No iron also in the air bnb.

Great location, beautiful property and comfortable room

We were warned ahead of time, but the water stops and has to be re-loaded with water card (provided), but this is an inconvenience.

Staying at the Ivory Sanctuary was spectacular! Everything was so well-put and I had all the essentials I needed for the week's stay. The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful. Definitely staying here again when I visit Davao.

If I'm being picky, I would love to have a hairdryer available in the bathroom so I didn't have to leave with damp hair.
