They showed me their other properties to satisfy me to stay

I paid them cash SR 300. as room rent. We did not like the room. It was not clean. We decided not to stay. We request online to cancel for no charge , Request was approved for free cancellation. Then I messaged to refund my money through the Booking.com app. They did not reply then I texted a reminder, Still I did not receive any reply.

وصلت8ونص مساء والغرفه مش جاهزه ولما جهزت ريحه وحشه جدا جدا حاجز غرفه بسرير كينج لقيت 5سراير بالغرفه لا يوجد كاسات للشاي لا يوجد لا شاي ولا قهوة ولا حتي مياه ف الغرفه
