Great location for Southsea seafront and Old Portsmouth

The hallway has fabulous cantilever stairs but the whole entrance and hallway is tired and does not reflect the clean decor of the apartment.

Nice apartment. It was very convenient to have a washing machine. There is a basic equipment of kitchenware so you can easily warm up a meal but if you want to cook you will have to buy everything.

The bedroom was a little bit noisy due to the cars in the street. The TV was in the bedroom and I would have prefered to have it in the living room, but for 3 nights, it was ok. What I missed was some furniture to put my toiletries in the bathroom, even a chair would have been great. Also, I would suggest to put a note to explain that the power needs to be turned on outside of the bathroom to be able to use the shower. It took me 10 min to identify the problem.

Centrally located. Close to restaurants, shops, the port and other beachside attractions. Owner was readily accessible, polite and helpful. We appreciated that nearby parking was arranged for us so quickly.

The exterior of the property is a little out of theme with the high quality of everything inside the apartment. The exterior appearance of the property may be outside the host's control though. Maybe a photograph of the building's street front on the Booking.com site would assist new arrivals to be sure of the right address.

Lovely accommodation, close to everything and nice walking distance to lots of interesting attractions. Had everything we needed. Very bright and beautifully presented. Even cooked dinner a couple of times. Highly recommend 👌

I am just being fussy here, but didn't like having the TV in the bedroom. When 1 person wants to sleep and the other doesn't bit of a pain also meant we had to sit on the bed not out on the lounge to watch it

Perfect location. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return.
