Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Άνω Πόλης και στην Ακρόπολη της Μονεμβασιάς (15 λεπτά με τα πόδια)

Είχε αράχνες στην πόρτα πάνω από την είσοδο και γενικά ήταν παλιό σπίτι όπου θα μπορούσε να ανακαινιστεί.
