Struttura pulita ed accogliente, anche l’host è stato gentile e premuroso. Ottima posizione.

The apartment has a great location, you can walk to the center in 20 minutes. The landlord, when we told him our complaints, responded quite adequately, apologized several times, promising to clean after our departure. The apartment is very large. Private parking is behind a barrier. Interesting painting in the rooms.

The apartment had not been cleaned for a long time, as there was dirt everywhere. In the kitchen, many shelves had a specific smell, in the lower shelves there were some black particles, as if from some insects. The whole kitchen needs to be renovated. There was a used bandage on the floor in the bedroom, cobwebs in the corners, ants crawled on the floor, so we kept our things in the car. I mopped the floors where my kids walked and counted the days until we left. It was the middle of our vacation and I was so stressed that I wanted to end our trip. The landlord asked my husband not to leave a review, but nobody asked me :) I was extremely indignant that my children were forced to live in such a dirty place.

Très proche de la plage. Grand salon avec climatisation. Hôte aimable et réactif.

Pas de clim dans une des chambres, présence de moustiques.

Location close to old city and beach is excellent. The owner is very friendly and apartment is very comfortable for a family. Would certainly book again.

Top location. Short walk to Riva and only a few steps to the beach. At night it is very quiet so you can sleep well. Also very spaceous apartment.
