Great quiet location on the edge of town

A dona do alojamento é muito simpática. Alojamento estava limpo, tinha ar condicionado e ventoinha, o que é uma mais valia! Todos os critérios que pretendíamos corresponderam. A localização é ótima, alugamos uma scooter porque acaba sempre por ser mais cómodo, apesar da ilha não ser muito grande e ser fácil de andar a pé.

The setting next to the jungle is beautiful, and although it’s a bit of a walk to the city center, there are still some shops and restaurants closer by. The staff were incredibly friendly, helped us plan our trips and book transportation, and made us feel truly welcomed. The place was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was simple but enough, and mosquito spray was provided in each room. We could also check in early, and we would happily come back.

My husband and I had an exceptionally pleasant and relaxing stay here. The location is simply wonderful – peaceful, on the edge of the village, about a 15-minute walk from the center. The bungalow is set right in the jungle, surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, rubber tree plantations, and the sounds of nature. The atmosphere was calm and rejuvenating – we could hear only the jungle around us. Accommodation The bungalow was very clean, comfortably furnished, and thoughtfully equipped. The air conditioning works great, the bed is comfortable, the shower has warm water, and the bathroom is spacious and nice. We especially enjoyed sitting on the terrace surrounded by greenery. Despite being in the middle of the jungle, there were no insects inside, which was a big plus. Host The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming. She helped us with recommendations for massages, restaurants, and beaches, and also arranged a taxi for us when needed. We truly felt taken care of and warmly welcomed. Breakfast Breakfast was very good and deliciously prepared – a perfect start to the day. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, nature, and comfort. We were very happy with our stay. 🌿💚

The room was beautiful, spacious, and quiet in a peaceful location. The view of the garden from the room was wonderful! The bathroom was great with hot water. The staff were super helpful with answering any questions we had, providing us with a map of local sights and helping us with issues with the motorbike we rented from them. The location was especially perfect for a trek to Sabai beach as the hotel is situated on the path. We were the first people at the beach because of this! Must do if you're staying on the island. They provided us with a simple breakfast every morning with fresh fruit which was lovely. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was AC and a manual fan available so it was easy to adjust the room temperature. We slept so well every night! Overall, the gorgeous surroundings and super comfortable room are great value!

The house was nice, comfortable and clean with all amenities. The location is not ideal - about 15 min walking from the pier and 20-25 to the beach, which is not a problem normally, but it’s uphill and really hot. No air conditioning, but modern strong fan. We booked a snorkelling trip and a visit to the Emerald cave from the host, but this was a disappointment as we afterwards found a better price in town plus they took us to the cave during high tide and we were unable to enter. We did not feel very safe either, so I would recommend trying a tour if you want to visit the cave. The snorkelling was mediocre with not much to see (we went to Koh Kradan), but on the way back to Koh Muk we had one more stop where we got to see a lot of the red spiky starfish, which was nice.

The accomodation is very comfortable, especially the terrace with 2 chairs and a hammock to chill and read in. Everything is clean and neat, the family is super kind. The location is about a 15-20 min. walk from the pier in the direction of the viewpoint, so it is a super calm and quiet area which we loved. All in all we had a great stay.

This was a great stay immersed in the island jungle! The cabins were outfitted with good bathrooms and great bug nets. The host is amazing and she has delicious breakfast including yogurt bowls with fruit in the mornings! She made this stay so lovely. It’s a 10 minute walk to town and not too much farther to the beach!

The cabins were not sealed and we were frequently visited by ants and various other insects during our stay that came up from the floorboards. The cabins are advertised as no AC, but did have large fans which we used at every available moment. It was quite hot and there wasn’t much escape from the humidity, but you get what you pay for and it was completely to true to how it is advertised!

A little bit expensive for the location. This is hard to find and a 20 min walk from the beach and all the facilities.

Excellent friendly staff and very good location Also what stand out was the advices regarding cost effective transfer. Getting to Koh Mook can be challenging. Staff advised on options (taxs or mini bus and ferry/ long tail Boot). We boked a long tail Boot & mini bus from Koh Mook to Trang (central transportation hub either Airport or railway station) to £20 for two people

We DIDNOT read the fine print and the room did not have AC. This was completely out fault. However it was disappointing, The fan was adequate in keeping the room cool but was not AC Note the lack of AC is for ONLY two rooms Nurse House have made reassurances that next year the room shall have AC. This was completely our fault but suggest when booking a room and you want AC. double check you have selected the correct room
