USThe house was spacious and nicely decorated. Mostly importantly, it was in an exceptional location for access to both Exeter Central railway station and central Exeter (both easy walks). We didn't have a car, but the parking was also free and right in front of property.
Would have been nice to have had some small toiletry basics.
