Nous l avions choisi parce qu'il devait être peu onéreux. Mais finalement mauvaise surprise et nous ignorons comment nous faire rembourser

La nuit coûtait 27€ sur le site et la facture. Pourtant j ai été prélevé de 27€+24,60€ et remboursée de 9€. J ignore à quoi correspondent ces 24,60 donc j ai payé 15,60€ de plus que la facture. C gâche tout de payer plus que prévu et surtout de ne pas avoir de facture totale. Ça manque de transparence puisqu il n y a qu une facture de 27€ et qu on ne comprend pas ce supplément de 15,60€
