Anglesey sleeps 10 with hot tub

The house is modern, warm and light and has a great view out the back. The garden is a lovely space for children and if the wind had been a bit more gentle, it would have been a great place to sit. Some facilities were good: it was nice to have body boards to use and the coffee machine was popular.

The photos make it look bigger than it is. For 5 adults and 5 (quite noisy!) children, there just wasn't enough space for everyone. Things like a second fridge or more storage space for food in the garage would have been helpful. We had issues with cleanliness and with some of the beds. There had clearly been a dog staying before us, which hadn't been tidied up after properly. This wouldn't have been so much of an issue if not for 3 toddlers spending lots of time on the floor. Dog hair on the floor, a dog chew in the sofa and bags of dog poo outside by the bins wasn't particularly nice to see. Bedding had stains on and the mattress in one of the rooms had springs that dug in our backs, to the point where we covered it with a blanket when sleeping. Our son stayed on the pull out sofa bed, which was super uncomfortable and came with no mattress/cover/pillow or anything. We also didn't realise you have to pay extra for the hot tub, so the £175 extra was a surprise which we didn't pay for in the end. (I can't see the extra fee referenced on Booking.Com but perhaps I'm wrong.) When you pay the best part of £1000 for 3 nights, you expect things to be better, and sadly, on this occasion, it wasn't.

Well laid out property with everything we needed - big enclosed garden area for the dogs and a shop just 2 minute walk up the road was very handy. Lovely location, perfect for our group visit for racing at Anglesey circuit (whilst the girls dog walked and lunched!). Beds comfortable, showers stood up to three running at the same time when we were in a rush to get back out without losing heat or pressure. Games provided were well played when the weather was bad! Perfect for our weekend away.

Would’ve been handy to know there was a clothes horse in the garage as only found it when looking for a hoover to hoover around before we left. Otherwise, no complaints!

The view back towards Snowdonia and the main coast was stunning. The accommodation had 5 rooms, 4 bathrooms/toilets 2 of which were en-suite so perfect for families and groups. Really well-equipped property fabulous "L" shaped garden with amazing views. Quiet small development. Even a view of the railway which we enjoyed, it didn't affect our experience. Shop 1 minute walk. We all loved it!

Needed a pair of scissors and more than 1 sharp knife! Pictures need updating as it is a really nice property and they don't do it justice or show off the garden view and all the facilities.

The house was lovely and spacious, two bedrooms with en-suites and bathroom upstairs, downstairs toilet and separate shower in the utility room. Several appliances and kitchen fairly well equipped. The enclosed garden was perfect for the dog and the view is fantastic when relaxing in the garden. We left an item at the house and Emma was very helpful to call and suggested to send on to us, which was really helpful. The location is great. Easy to find. 5 minute walk to the Spar store for essentials. The Oyster Catcher restaurant highly recommend (pre-book), and approx 25 minutes walk to Rhosneigr High Street and Beach. The weather was perfect too! Wonderful weekend stay! :)

Similar to other reviews, paintwork and house looks a little tired in places. If being picky, some towels and bedding looked old, well washed, faded and could be replaced. Not the usual white fluffy towels and crisp bedding experienced in most others places. The supplement fee for use of the hot tub, which is not noted on the booking.com listing. This wasn't an issue as we didn't use it anyway. A really lovely stay!

Everything. A lovely modern house with very high quality fittings. Never seen button on/off showers before👌 it's a lovely place to stay. Highly recommend. The view is to die for. Especially when you're sat in the hottub👍 Loads of parking for 4 cars.

Paintwork is a tad tired in places and needs a touch up. But that's absolutely nothing tbh. The place is spotless otherwise. Highly recommend👍

Modern property with great facilities , perfectly situated for our purpose. Clear concise communications. plenty of parking, 150m from local shop. 5mins from Oyster Catcher restaurant. 3 double bedrooms, 1 en-suite, plus a twin room and a room with a sofa bed. Hot tub.
