To be honest ,this is the first time i am seeing hospitality turns into fearful environment.I was discredited ,generalized as african thief . I informed the staff that i will be coming by 11 am and stated that he xan givr me an early book in.Due to some issues in Derby ,I did not leave my place on time .I left late .I rang him and told him that i wont be coming early as mentioned .I left arounf 15.30 from Drrby to liverpool .On the way he rang and I answer me that i am driiving but when i reach ,I will call him . When I arrived ,I infromed him that I have arrived .I followed the rules of nprmal bokking from 16.00 to 22.00.I arrived the facility by 19.30 . Infact ,he was yelling at me over the phone that I did not call 30 mins before arriving .He labelled me as an african who does not keep time .He mentioned somebody who stole extension cable in his apartment from Africa. I reminded him that we have lots of Africans working as Doctors and nurses all over UK saving lifes.We have lots of Africans working carers suppprtings elderly and also the leader of Opposition party in UK is a Nigerian born (African parents )How dear you call africans thieves.Alll these incidents happen over the phone while he has not seen me . As he calm down a little bit .His reason on saying all these bad stuffs was that i did not call 30 mins before arriving which I have already told him earlier that It was getting dark and I could not pull over to make the calls due to my own safety and motor way busy Second part was so scary .He booked me in and forgot to ask me my idea for verification .I was in a meeting when i saw his text me message that he forgot to check my Idea and instructed me to send it over when i am free .After the meeting around 00.00 am midnight ,I came back exhausted .I was trying to settle down when I heard a big bang on my door more than 5 times .I thought it was armed gang . However ,it was this man again with yelling and screaming voice .

Clean and the settings was superb.

Excellent room, very clean. Coffee making facilities in there. Very convenient for where we wanted to be. Owner very friendly and approachable. Everything we needed was in the room. Nice

Needed a handrail on the stairs, thats all.

Exceptionally clean and well decorated. Decent location and the manager was very friendly. The facilities were great

Floor was a bit squeaky upstairs

The owner well I left him a written (Positive (feedback) letter, hopefully 🙏🏽🤞🏽 he received it. What's there not to like, I loved ❤️ it (very) peaceful atmosphere. Hopefully someday I'll be back 😃

I'd like to add a kind suggestion to the owner, if it possible could you kindly provide for you're guests a safety rubber Matt to put into the bath, that way it saves guests from slipping just Incase. Better to be safe then sorry, God 🙏🏽 Bless you ☺️ 😁

Price 50 a night not bad .

No one to greet you at door. Keys to get left in a ironing box on door stop.Not welcoming out side as its on a very rough council estate kids drinking and smoking across road from b&b.Ended up not stopping the night so lost my £50. Didn't feel safe here and didn't want to leave car outside with rough looking kids hanging about.
