Hotel Medrano Temáticas and Business Rooms Aguascalientes

We were there for the Feria de San Marcos and the holels location was not bad, walking there was only about 10 minutes. Hotel restaurant was good, great breakfast and very likeable/nice servants. Receptionist were very attentive and nice.

A couple of things, it was hot there and unfortunately the air conditioning was not working, our unit went out during the night and made so much noise it was difficult to sleep. We were changed to another room but air was not cool at all. Had issues with the TV, channels would freeze. You could also hear adjacent rooms tenants.

At the restaurant they ask me for room information, name, signature and they already did it when they give me the buffet ticket at reception. They need more communication between them.

Property’s location is exceptional. Within walking distance a lot of things (feria, mercados, centro).

Staff was not welcoming at all. Nor were they the nicest when questions were asked. One morning I asked front desk about the included breakfast, I was talked to with attitude as if I should’ve already known. And she also took a call while talking to me, which is fine, but at least excuse or pardon yourself before cutting me off completely to answer the phone. Besides that, walls are super thin. You can hear EVERYTHING. Including when staff would complain outside our door when we would tell them we weren’t ready for housekeeping at 9am.

Super cool themed rooms and restaurant, amazing breakfast (and food overall). Staff were so friendly and helpful!

Beds were a bit hard. And only one pillow per person. No water bottles provided in the rooms.

Beds not comfortable, window was pointing to wall, window was not to close as Your neighbor could enter easily.

The room was large and very clean. The beds are comfortable.

If you were driving this would not be a bad location, but if you are walking in order to get to the historic center you have to cross two major roads which are terrifying. The room was very clean, but the elevator had been broken for a long time. Also the stairs going up to the first floor were extremely dirty.

The rooms are cute and small just for what you need, sleep and bathroom necessities. I also really liked the wide parkkng space available and close to the rooms. The bfast was good as well. It had everything we needed from a hairdryer to iron and iron board.

The bathroom shower had little pressure and the internet would fail sometimes.
