The Oasis Residence

Large, spacious villa. 3 bathrooms. Comfortable sofa in the living room. Kitchen equipped with essential cookware and utensils for cooking. Two clean swimming pools and a gym. You can truly relax.

A definite downside is the monotonous and mediocre breakfasts.

The staff is warmly welcoming and nicely detail-focused. Sabri, Alex, Veronika, Joshua, Wanda, Happiness and the full team was going the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and solve our problems. The cleaning team is also really nice and they always make sure you have drinkable water in your fridge. The food from the kitchen is amazing. Breakfast has a fair variety of dishes to chose from, but the specials of the day... Oh my god. We had some grilled seafood and caribbean chicken. Amazingly spiced and perfectly cooked. Good job chef. The facilities are really nice and clean. Our villa had two bed rooms, big living room with tv and a kitchen island with stove. Fridge and freezer too. There were 3 bathrooms and 2 showers, 1 working room, and AC in the living room and all bedrooms. Also a small garden in front and direct acces (20 m) to one of the 2 swimming pools and restaurant. There is also an open gym were you can find all dumbbells from 5 to 25 kg, some weights machines, yoga matts and mirrors. Paje (town with shops, cafes and beach) is a 10 min drive, they have some taxis for 20 dolars there and back, and the staff can arrange also a taxi from or back to the airport, 1 h 30 min drive for around 45 dolars. Jambiani has also a beach which you can reach with a nice 10 min walk. Oasis Residence can also organize certain trips which you can book in advance and some of them are quite nice, like thr Uzi Island or the trip to Niamembe. Overall, we had all we needed for our stay. Facilities and food were really good and the stuff was great. I cannot wait to visit them again or one of their other 2 properties in Zanzibar.

Sometimes we had electricity outages, but they were really fastly solved, so it is not a real issue.

Tout était absolument PARFAIT ! L’hôtel porte particulièrement bien car c’est une oasis au milieu du village de Jambiani… on s’y sent tellement bien que l’on n’a pas forcément envie de sortir dîner à l’extérieur. Tout est particulièrement beau : la décoration très chic, les deux piscines magnifiques, la végétation luxuriante, etc… Les villas sont magnifiques et parfaitement bien équipées, avec beaucoup d’espace intérieur (env. 100 m2) et beaucoup d’intimité préservée. Elles sont nettoyées deux fois par jour… ce que l’on trouve plus habituellement dans un établissement 5 * ! Le personnel est absolument exceptionnel : toujours à l’écoute, souriant, efficace etc… Les massages sont très bien, avec un tarif raisonnable. Quand au restaurant, il a énormément de charme - comme tout l’établissement - et on y magne délicieusement bien, les pieds dans le sable, dans une ambiance des plus romantiques…

Amazing beautiful hotel, 2 pools private villas. I enjoyed every day of being there. Really well designed area! Clean villas , clean area. Good food. We had only breakfasts was nice and fresh. Service of bar and restaurant is very good! Nice stuff very friendly and attentive.

Communication with reception. From the first day the guy was flirting with me and my friend that was really uncomfortable. The girls when it was her mistake still couldn’t talk rood and raise a voice for a little. I mean come on! We didn’t have a hot water at all before dinner, and we wanted to take a shower at 5 pm and the dinner is at 7 pm. I called them few times and I said we don’t have shower. And the girl from the reception said no problem the dinner is 7 pm. Wtf? I want to take a shower any time of my stay. Second:When the acrobatic show finished, acrobats started also flirting and demand on going out and etc. The hotel should take care of guests being comfortable and make sure that there is a distance.

Séjour paradisiaque dans cet hôtel, nous devions passer 4 nuits et au vu de la situation au moyen orient nous sommes resté 6 nuits . Personnels adorables et très disponibles, chambres ultra propres et très bien équipées . Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Piscine et salle de sport top

Rien à part peut être l’emplacement , 10 min à pied de la plage et l’hôtel propose même une navette gratuite
